The same numbers on both phones

Check any time the hours you worked and the rate you agreed. The family sees the same figures on its own phone, at the same moment.

The whole app in your language

Not just a translation: the entire app is in your language. And the tasks the family writes in Italian, you read in yours.

Get paid fairly every month

The app adds up your hours and gives you the month's total, so you always know what you're owed.

Punctuality and attendance

Your numbers speak for you.

Every time you clock in, the app keeps count: how many times on time, how many times present. They become your calling card — proof of how you work, not a promise.

  • You find work more easily. When you meet a new family, you don't win them over with words: you show them your numbers. Few workers can show numbers like these, and a family notices it.
  • You earn respect, without arguments. If anyone questions your hours, the record is already there, clear for both sides. Your work is acknowledged.
  • They're yours, and they go with you. You carry them from home to home: they tell your worth better than words can.

Do you know your worth?

Your rate, compared.

You do good work — but how much should you ask for? DominusDomi puts your rate next to the benchmarks: the minimum rate, the Italy average, the Northern-Italy average, the experienced rate. So you can see at a glance whether you're paid fairly, or worth more than you're asking.

Your rate, in your area
Minimum€6.58/h
Italy average€8.50/h
Northern average€9.50/h
Experienced€11.00/h
You, with this family€10.00/h
You're above the Italy average. With your experience you can ask for a little more.
  • A benchmark, not an opinion. No more "it's always been done this way". You see the minimum rate, the Italy average, the Northern average and the experienced rate — and where you stand.
  • The benchmark gets more precise.Today the comparison uses the Italy average, to give you an idea. The more colleagues and families use the app where you live, the more the benchmark becomes the one for your area.
  • You know where you stand, before you ask. With a number in hand you don't ask at random: you know whether you're paid fairly or could be worth more. And when you decide to ask for a raise, the app helps you write it: just below.

Knowing your worth is the first step to being paid fairly.

Asking for more, without the awkwardness

Ask for a raise, with the numbers on your side.

Asking for more is always a little nerve-racking. But if you work well, your numbers say it better than you can. DominusDomi builds the request on your facts — your hours, your punctuality, the months you have worked with that family — works out how likely a yes is, and writes the message for you. You choose the figure and the tone, and the family gets a tidy proposal to read calmly.

  • The request starts from your facts. It's not a number pulled from the air: it starts from your hours, your punctuality and the months with that family. Even if everything is by word of mouth, your work leaves a trace — and becomes your strength the day you ask for what's fair.
  • It tells you if a yes is likely.DominusDomi weighs your odds and suggests the highest figure the family is still likely to accept. So you ask with your head, not by guesswork.
  • The app writes the message.Choose the tone — warm, firm or brief — and the app composes a clear request, with your numbers attached. No blank page, no wrong words.
  • Clear for both of you.The family gets a tidy proposal and decides calmly, with a tap — without the awkward in-person talk. Respectful for you, simple for them.
And for you? It costs nothing.Free for people who work in homes

Your numbers and the raise request stay yours, free and forever. The subscription, if anyone pays it, is paid by the household — because the person doing the work shouldn't also have to pay to prove their worth.

Take the app to every home you work in.

To reply to you, each family downloads the app — it's free for them too. And you have all your homes in one place: the hours, the rates, the requests. The more families use DominusDomi around you, the more the worth of your work shows.

Where you clean Where you care for someone Where you mind the children …and the next ones

Your rate is your decision. The app just gives you the numbers to say it with your head held high.

Is the app free?
Yes. DominusDomi is free to download and the Base plan stays free. There is an optional Premium plan, but you don't need it to keep your hours and your rate.
Do I need to know Italian?
No. The app is already in your language, and the tasks the family writes in Italian are translated for you.
How do I keep track of my hours?
You just clock in when you're working, and the app keeps your hours and the month's total. Nothing to remember, nothing on paper.
What are the punctuality stats for?
Your clock-ins turn into two simple numbers: how many times on time and how many times present. They're yours, and they show how you work better than words can — real proof to show when you're looking for work with a new family. And if anyone questions your hours, the record is already there: no arguments.
Can I ask for a raise from the app?
Yes. You can propose an adjustment to your rate straight from the app, without the awkward in-person conversation. The request is built on your real data with that family — your hours, your punctuality, the months you have worked there — and the app works out how likely a yes is, suggests a figure and writes the message for you, in the tone you choose: warm, firm or brief. The family gets a tidy proposal, with the numbers, and decides calmly. The rate is always up to the two of you: the app just gives you the numbers to talk about it with confidence.
Does the app tell me if my rate is in line with the average?
Yes, it gives you a benchmark. DominusDomi puts your rate next to reference figures — the minimum rate, the Italy average, the Northern-Italy average and the experienced rate — so you can see at a glance whether you're paid fairly or worth more. Today these are national estimates, to give you an idea, not official figures; the more colleagues and families use the app where you live, the more the benchmark becomes the real one for your area. It's there to orient you, not to set a price: the agreement stays between you and the family.
Do I have to pay to ask for a raise or to see the comparison?
No. For people who work in homes these things are free: your punctuality and attendance numbers, the comparison of your rate against the benchmarks and the raise request all stay yours, at no cost. If anyone pays for Premium, it's the household — for arrival time, alerts, history and the rest. Because the person doing the work shouldn't also have to pay to prove their worth.
